My name is Maria Aracele Garcia, and I am incredibly grateful for all the free training I received from The Latina Center. Before discovering The Latina Center, my business was at a point where I believed reaching new horizons was a distant dream because I had only been open for a year and two months. However, the tools, knowledge, and support I gained through the classes helped me see my business from a new perspective. The training provided me with a clearer understanding of how to manage and grow my company effectively. Thanks to what I learned, I was able to make more informed and focused decisions, which has allowed for steady progress in my business.

Thanks to the courses, I learned how to better focus my efforts on the Latino community, a sector that has always been at the heart of my tax preparation business. Now I know how to communicate more effectively with my clients, understanding their specific needs and how to overcome the language and trust barriers that often exist within our community. Over these past months, I’ve also implemented improved processes within my business, such as streamlining my services and enhancing the customer experience. This has allowed me to be more efficient and provide a more personalized service. All of this has contributed to increased customer trust and loyalty, as they now know they can count on comprehensive service where they feel understood and supported.

The guidance I’ve received from The Latina Center has given me a renewed sense of hope and confidence in my company’s future. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead and grateful for the ongoing support I’ve received. It has transformed my perspective, enabled me to achieve goals that once seemed unattainable, and given me renewed energy to keep moving forward.
